If your Exchange Server is not loading, please do not attempt to run any Microsoft Exchange or 3rd party utility programs in order to repair the priv1.edb , pub1.edb or Information Store files. The Eseutil, Isinteg and other utilities can delete valuable data.

Before attempting repair or recovery...

Make a copy of your priv1 file, stm file and log files prior to running any utilities or sending your database to any other company. Or, have us image your hard drives so that you have a copy of them prior to your attempts to repair and restore your Exchange server.
